Susan Bolgar, Sales Director

As a Sales Director for The Village at Shepley Hill, Susan provides the on-site marketing and sales expertise. In this role, Susan provides the guidance and care to ensure all buyers have a complete step-by-step understanding of the new construction purchasing process, and all the information necessary to make informed decisions. She also assists all buyers with their personal design preferences and selections.

Susan has more than 25 years of real estate sales, marketing, and development experience in new construction sales with several notable developments. Her skill set also enables her to design and execute effective and informative marketing plans for new construction customers. Her clients consistently recognize Susan’s dedication, honesty and enthusiasm and credit her with the ability to simplify for them what can be the stressful process of buying and/or selling a home.

Susan holds a Massachusetts Brokers License and is certified as a Residential New Construction Specialist and New Home Specialist.
